I managed to outsource the site's header bar into a separate html file, which allows me to make changes to the site's layout much more easily. I added a "gallery" button which doesn't lead to anything yet, but it will!

I looked into how to get an actual functional photo gallery working on my page. I made use of a template and tutorial by Stefan Bohacek and managed to adapt it for the layout of my site. The first thing I did with it is to rework my stage photos post, the purpose of which was already to be a photo gallery, but I plan to make a whole separate section on my site just for sharing photos in the future.

Bio update, no longer sounds like this site is just a temp solution and rather something more permanent.

Added more posts, restructured the post index, added a chronological post timeline, and added an update log. I also shared the site publicly yesterday for the first time. So this is a thing now, I guess.

Rewrote the Home page with a "latest posts" section, made a full page with links, and added my 2 last AotY posts. I think this site is presentable now? I still wanna find stuff I can post here that isn't just music. I skimmed through my cohost posts and bookmarked some I wanna bring over, that'll happen some time in the near future.

Messing around with pre-existing layouts and sadgrl's layout builder
Thanks to for the template and the resources. I have never done something like this before and it's difficult for me to really focus in on something and learn how to do it from scratch, but I can look at existing elements and piece together how they work and edit them. I'm hoping I can make this more and more mine as time goes on.
