Jawbreaker - CD collection

Recently completed Jawbreaker's discography! Although their music initially didn't click with me, at the very latest when I heard their story, I was sold on getting more invested in them. From vocal injuries to becoming the cautionary tale of 90s sellouts, retellings of their career have crossed my path in the form of Trash Theory's excellent video, and of course also the chapter in Dan Ozzi's book Sellout, among the most interesting sections in one of my favourite music books. Getting more familiar with their scruffy, melancholic, yet bouncy and melodic sound has been very rewarding because their influence is felt in so many other emo and (pop) punk bands I love that would come later.
